SPDC believes that any COVID hardship or impact both big or small is worthy of support. Please fill out the application and know that you deserve the support we are providing.

UPDATES:

  • (11/17/2020) Both the Oregon Wide and Vancouver (Clark County) grant applications will open up Wednesday November 25th at 12pm (noon).

Multnomah County Food Justice Program

The Multnomah County Food Justice Program was awarded to SPDC to support our Samoan community with COVID relief. Fill out the application below if you meet the criteria listed in the flyer to the left. For each eligible & selected person a $500 check will be issued to support any hardships faced due to COVID 19. Funding is limited and need based. This grant is for folks who work or live in Multnomah Count. Here are some things to consider:

  • If you apply and receive this grant, you cannot receive funding for any of the other grants listed below.

  • Applications open November 18th at 12pm (Noon) and closes Sunday November 22 at 11:59pm.

  • An application unfortunately does not guarantee funding as it is limited and based on priority of need.

  • Priority applicants (see flyer) will be the first selected for funding

Oregon Pacific Islander Coalition COVID Relief Aid

To support our community outside of Multnomah County (and in the state of Oregon) SPDC is proud to partner with the Oregon Pacific Islander Coalition and Oregon Health Authority to support our 1st ever Oregon Relief efforts.

Folks who apply for this grant must meet the criteria listed in the flyer on the left. We have about $20k in relief funding this round and your participation will only support the growth of our efforts.

  • An application does not guarantee funding.

  • Applications open November 25th at 12pm (Noon) and closes Sunday November 29th at 11:59pm.

  • Priority applicants (see flyer) will be the first selected for funding

  • Application will stay open until all funds are allocated.

Clark County/Vancouver COVID 19 Relief Aid

In an effort to kick start our efforts in Vancouver, SPDC is supporting families in the Vancouver area with COVID relief funding. SPDC will offer $250 per eligible applications.

This grant is focused on families who live in Vancouver and are not eligible for the other two grants listed above.

  • An application does not guarantee funding.

  • Applications open November 25th at 12pm (Noon) and closes Sunday November 29th at 11:59pm.

  • Priority applicants (see flyer) will be the first selected for funding

  • Application will stay open until all funds are allocated.
