Irene Niedo-Campbell

Irene Niedo-Campbell (She/Her/Hers). Board Member. Irene was born and raised in American Samoa. She grew up in the village of Ili'ili. She graduated with her Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Portland. She started the early years of her career working for the Department of Treasury in American Samoa. This experience helped build her passion for civil service with a particular emphasis on government agencies that cater to a high volume of Pacific Islander communities. She is currently the Finance Director of Accounting Services for the Finance and Business Management Division of the Multnomah County Health Department. Here, she has been able to broaden her lens to see the correlation of accounting and social justice. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cities, indulging in delicious foods, and hanging out with her family.
